The perfect summer event! Located either poolside or in a private function room, and enjoy complimentary use of our swimming pool and spa.

  • Poolside option: minimum 20 adult guests, maximum 80 guests, complimentary poolside hire (poolside area is covered, has outdoor heaters and dropdown Café curtains.
  • Private function room option: min. 20 adult guests, max. 200 guests
  • Complimentary Christmas decorations including Christmas tree
  • Complimentary table decorations including tea light candles, Christmas glitter, Christmas crackers and Christmas serviettes

  • Fully licensed bar facilities – Cash Bar & Bar Tab arrangements available. Sorry, no BYO
  • Complimentary dancefloor if using private function room
  • Assistance with organising entertainment or you are welcome to organise your own. In-house music system – complimentary (background music only), Juke Box Hire $550.00 + GST, DJ $ 750.00 + GST, DJ with Karaoke $ 850.00 + GST or Bands from $ 700.00 + GST)
  • Complimentary Christmas decorations including Christmas tree
  • Additional Christmas decorations available (Christmas floral table settings from $ 75.00 + GST per table)

Accommodation

A range of accommodation options are available ranging from Economy rooms, Studios, Executive suites, Family units and Two bedroom Apartment.

 

Final confirmation policy

Final numbers and menus must be confirmed no later than seven (7) working days prior to the function.

 

Cancellation policy

A cancellation fee will apply should less than twenty one (21) day’s notice in writing be received of any cancellation. In any event, any deposit paid is non-refundable regardless of when the cancellation notice is received.

 

Food & beverage policy

Clients are not permitted to bring any of their own food or beverages into the function room or any of the public areas of the hotel.

 

Payment

A non-refundable deposit of $ 500.00 (or 25% of the total cost, whichever is the lesser) is required upon confirmation of the booking. The balance for the food, bar tab, entertainment and decorations (if applicable) is payable in full no later than seven (7) working days prior to the function. Credit card details are required in the case of an open bar tab.
